Processing Time All orders are handmade to order and require 3–5 business days to prepare before shipping. Processing times may be extended during peak holiday seasons and high-demand periods — any updates will be posted on our website.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $70.00 — $15.00 flat rate shipping
• Orders $70.00 and over — Free Shipping

Carriers We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Times Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays caused by events outside our control.

Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
