Return & Refund Policy

At Whiskers & Wags Custom Designs, all of our products are handmade to order with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

Damaged in Transit — Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we will gladly send a replacement at no charge, subject to the following conditions:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must submit a clear photo of the damaged item as received, before moving or unpacking it further
  • Reports must be submitted via email to whiskers.wags.designs@gmail.com) with your order number and photo attached
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement

Please note:

  • We do not offer cash refunds or store credit for any reason
  • Replacements are issued for transit damage only — not for change of mind, or personal preference
  • Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something goes wrong on the way to you, we'll make it right.
